With any booking questions, please reach out to me directly via text at (518) 387-9855. Please be aware, I am a one woman show. I check all messages during business hours Tuesday-Friday, however when I am with a client I am not on my phone. During the work week you can expect a response within 24 hours. During non-business hours, I am "out of the office" and will reply when business hours resume. Appointments often are booked out 4-6 weeks and any last minute openings will be posted in my Instagram stories @katieburnsartistry. If you need to manage an appointment you are able to login via your confirmation text/e-mail and make adjustments. If you are unable to do so and message me during off hours, I will receive a timestamp along with your message and there will be no cancellation fee with 48 hours notice. I look forward to connecting with you!
