From November 25-March 30 my cancellation policy is adjusted as follows. If major roadways are publicly closed, the cancellation fee will be waived. I realize that we do see heavy weather at times, however my cancellation policy does still stand in the absence of major, publicized road closures.
As a courtesy, my booking system offers the option for you to sign up for 48 hour confirmations via text, e-mail or both.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
These policies are strictly enforced to protect the level of service I promise, to protect the time of my existing and loyal clients, and to protect my livelihood.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, I require 48 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee of 50% of services scheduled.
"No Shows" will be invoiced for the full amount of services scheduled and will require a deposit to re-book.
Please be aware that if you are running late for your appointment I may not be able to provide the full services for which you are scheduled. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, services may need to be rescheduled completely and a "no show" charge will apply. I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
